The new Arctic Star Refrigeration dryer range treats compressed air efficiently; meeting the user needs and eliminating the problems associated with wet, untreated air in compressed air systems. Due to the unique design of the heat exchanger, the dryers are not considered to be pressure vessels. Low operating costs, modern design and up to 65% less refrigerant is what makes this dryer unique in its field.

KMT / KAMT Range

 


 

 

The built-in X grade filter efficiently removes any dirt particles, condensed water and oil aerosols down to a filtration level of 0.01 micron leaving the air entering the dryer ready to be dried. For flows up to 85m³/h. All the parts are built into a module, the control valve in a base plate, and the non-return valve and regeneration system in a cover plate. The compact absorber vessels and the direct mounted pre and after filters combine to give high performance with minimum space requirements.
The principle features are:

  • Extremely compact.

  • Complete with pre and after filter.

  • Suitable for installation needing class 1 compressed air.

  • Electronic control is standard.

  • Dew point control (optional)

  • An option is available to link the dryer to the compressor stop/start control for greater economy.

  • Vibrofil desiccant filling system ensures correct desiccant density.
