Asbestos-free Gaskets for Superior Sealing Requirements

For more than 20 years NAEGELEN^® has been manufacturing and marketing PTFE-covered and asbestos-free gaskets in various designs. NAEGELEN^® offers also special PTFE envelopes and inserts for gaskets. These accessories are extraordinarily resistant against storage and temperature influences. They show excellent tightness and an extremely long service life.

Different types of gaskets

• Gaskets with PTFE envelope, type JE
  Gaskets with PTFE envelope are available with or without undulated stainless steel insert. They are specially designed for lined valves & pipes and enameled vessels & pipes. The special machined PTFE envelope with its rounded U-form is protected at the inner side on three faces.

• PTFE encapsulated gaskets, type JM
  PTFE encapsulated gaskets with stainless steel insert are designed for flange connections in carbon steel, stainless steel and other high alloys.

Applications
NAEGELEN^® gaskets have been successfully approved in the chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industry for many years. All PTFE envelopes and inserts are available in many different designs. They absorb assembling tolerances up to 1 mm.

• Type JE: Gaskets with PTFE envelope:
  DN 15 to DN 1000

• Type JM: Gaskets with stainless steel insert:
  DN 15 to DN 150
