| The virgin fluorocarbon resins used by XOMOX stand out for their
excellent corrosion resistant performance. These resins are adequate to
satisfy all valve requirements of our customers. The valve lining process is
the consequence of intense cooperation with our customers resulting in
compact valve designs reflecting the customers’ valve requirements. Long-time cooperation with our customers handling corrosive applications has enabled XOMOX to find the most efficient and economical valve solutions. In the manufacture of fully lined valve products, the choice and the quality of the lining materials and the method of lining are critical considerations. Metallic valve parts should never get in contact with corrosive media. Therefore, only virgin fluor plastic resins like PFA, FEP, PTFE and PVDF are selected by XOMOX. Furthermore, all XOMOX lined valves are fully vacuum resistant. The thickness of the lining material of all valves is at least 3 mm to prevent the diffusion of media through the lining. |

As standard the XOMOX quality control includes electric spark testing of 20.000 V for all lined valves. All XOMOX valves are manufactured in accordance with the strict XOMOX quality standard and are certified by the highest international inspection agencies and authorities (TA-Luft, type test approval, FDA conformity, etc.). |
