Design features: Body

• Disc/shaft connection via Spline shaft

• “Dry shaft” design: Shaft completely isolated from the media

• Shaft fully protected from outside contamination

• Stainless steel AISI 420 (standard)

• Square shaft for standard JPL. Round with cross pin for UL/FM approved version.

• Multiple bearings made in PTFE on metallic support (DU type) for maximum radial support and shaft rigidity.

Manual operators:

• Lockable lever made in Ductile Iron

• Notched lever made in Aluminium

• Worm gears for DN50 to DN300 with adjustable mechanical stops

• Worm gear MF type with or without Monitor switches UL/FM/VDS/APSAD/LPCB approved for fire protection applications
