• Spherical shape for perfect Disc/seat tightness and continuous contact.

  • Special coatings: Epdm, Nitrile, Rilsan, ebonite, Halar, PTFE...

Design features: Shaft

• Disc/shaft connection via square shaft or Spline shaft (DN500 and above)

• Tie rod construction : 100 % tolerance free.

• “Dry shaft” design: Shaft completely isolated from the media

• Square shaft (DN50 to 800) Key shaft DN900 and 1000.

• Chevron seal to prevent external contaminations

• Multiple bearings made in PTFE on metallic support (DU type) for maximum radial support and shaft rigidity.

Dismounting (for seat replacement) nut located outside the valve.
